Reino's Ragu
Reino's Marinade

Paul recently moved to Nashville, Tenn. and met local fast guy and tire guru Dan Reino. Dan makes this great tire sauce that works for both off-road and on. There are two sauces, depending on your need.
The Reino's Ragu (Sauce) comes in a spray bottle. Paul's home track always was CRCRC, which is a "dope track," and Paul says this sauce is the best stuff he's ever used. Apply it to clean tires 5 - 10 minutes before your race for the softest, stickiest tires out there. And soft = traction. Some people like to let the compound air dry, while others rub it into the tires with a toothbrush. The great thing is, unlike similar traction compounds, there doesn't seem to be a "greasy" effect if the dope isn't completely dry. After a run or two you'll have the perfect application technique, and you'll agree Reino's Ragu is killer.
Reino's Marinade is a longer term traction compound. Rather than a one-time use, the Marinade is meant to, well, marinade the tires, conditioning the rubber and making it soft and sticky over time. This works especially well with older tires, making them soft and restoring the traction they had when they were new. If you are looking for some special edge, rub some Marinade with a toothbrush the night before your racing and put the tires in a sealed back.
