All R10 2015 Chassis comes equipped with an additional 4 holes between the motor mount and the forward toe block, these holes are designed to accept the ATS base plate, this means that all existing R10 2015 users can upgrade to the ATS without any modification or the purchase of a new chassis plate.

The ATS base plate was designed to provide 2 separate functions. Primarily it provides a solid connection point to the chassis for the ATS drag link to prevent possible damage to the chassis in a crash, but it also allows the user to adjust the stiffness of the chassis towards the rear of the car by using either 2 or 4 of the chassis mounting points, which can provide more stability, especially in the modified class. As an added bonus the ATS base plate only weighs in at 3 grams.

Adjustments to the ATS function are very simple, the user can use regular suspension shims on the ATS base plate. The suggested starting point is to run 2mm which will provide 1 degree of toe in change as the suspension is compressed, while 1mm will provide 1.5 degree of change.
