Custom-manufactured X1 chassis, CNC-machined from 2.5mm high-grade graphite material with a specially-designed compound for ideal handling in carpet and asphalt racing, at indoor or outdoor tracks. Includes a new 2-position option for pod link mounting; the first outer position is standard, while the new inner position allows for angled mounting of the pod links to improve in-corner steering.

The new chassis also has a new, more frontward position for mounting the central mounting plate for the new short shock.

The chassis design offers optimal stiffness for excellent handling, while still being flexible enough to generate maximum traction. The super-narrow chassis front give maximum traction while keeping optimum steering and cornering speed. The chassis has superior torsional stability, while still eliminating the “scrub effect” in high-speed corners.

The chassis is the central backbone of the car, with all main components attached. The rear pod suspension is directly connected via chassis links.
